ABOUT M&D HAULING

Locally owned junk removal and cleanout company based in Rescue, CA

WHO WE ARE

M&D Hauling was started by Steve Tofte in 2015 after a 20-year career in semiconductor production management. The business is based in Rescue, CA and built around straightforward communication, organized job planning, and hands-on cleanout work.

Steve is still involved in the day-to-day work and is at almost every job. Customers usually work directly with the owner or the local M&D team, from the first quote request through the actual cleanout.

We help homeowners, families, trustees, real estate professionals, property managers, and local businesses with cleanouts, junk removal, hauling, and debris removal projects that need clear communication, careful loading, and a crew that shows up ready to work.

Why People Choose M&D Hauling

Reliable service, clear communication, and practical help

Responsive and Easy to Work With

We make the process simple with clear communication, dependable scheduling, and prompt follow-through from the first call to the final cleanup.

Fair and Straightforward Pricing

We believe in honest pricing with clear expectations. You will know the scope, the plan, and the cost before work begins.

Respectful, Dependable Service

We treat people, properties, and situations with respect. Our goal is to show up, do the job right, and make a stressful situation easier.

Hands-On, Local Crew

We are a small local crew that does the actual work, not a national franchise sending random subcontractors. Customers know who they are dealing with, and the same team that quotes the job is usually involved in getting it done.

Our Mission

Simple, respectful cleanout help from a local crew

M&D Hauling’s goal is to make cleanout, junk removal, and debris removal jobs easier for the customer. That means showing up when we say we will, explaining the scope clearly, protecting the property as we work, and leaving the area cleaned up when the job is done.

Some jobs are simple pickups. Others involve estates, garages, side yards, offices, heavy items, tight access, or multiple loads. Either way, we keep the process straightforward and handle the work with respect.

When possible, we donate usable items and dispose of the rest responsibly through local facilities.
